Project: Replicate embroidered patches with merrowed edge and stitch patches onto Carhartt knit beanies
The City of Beaver Dam Police Department stopped in our office looking for Carhartt knit beanies to keep their officers warm on frigid days just like today. Carhartt is renowned for high quality workwear. The police department requested this specific brand because they know they can rely on Carhartt’s reputation for warmth and durability. The department only had a dozen existing patches, but needed 36 knit beanies. We replicated the existing patches and stitched them onto black Carhartt beanies.
